I want to order arena rating, but I have very weak gear level. How may this affect the service?
If your equipment is really weaker than needed for the required rating, the time needed to finish the order may increase. In addition to that, the price will increase too due to extra cost of Valor Points farm.
Do you use wintrading as a way to boost my rating on arenas?
No, this is completely against our policy. All rating, that you get, will be obtained through real games versus real teams. Besides the principles of fair play, that we follow, this greatly increases safety of your account: you can be sure, that Blizzard will not take your rating away. Some other services offer wintrading, but according to statistics about 80% of wintraded teams get disbanded in the end of the season, and the players don’t get their rewards and titles.
What if the PvE items I ordered don’t drop in raid instances?
Don’t worry! Your character will visit the raids unless he gets the desired item. If this takes many more weeks due to evil random and the item you ordered is no longer needed by you – we will issue a refund.
Do I play on arena/rbg my own character?
YES! There is no account sharing at all if you want cap/win games, unless you want us to play it for you. But for real rating, for example 2200, we need account share. In case you want us to play on your character you get 10% discount
How long does it take to obtain the desired rating?
As soon as a team has been set up, the rating is earned very quickly. For rating boosts, a time period of a few hours is enough. As a matter of principle, all orders are processed within the same (WoW) week in order to give you access to the latest items as quickly as possible! In case order was not finished in the same week customer will be proposed to get full refund of his order or compensation in the form of free rating upgrade or free full cap.
Do I keep my rating next season?
All ratings get reseted at the start of a new season, this mean you would have to buy the rating again if you want a specific rating next season.

Do i need transfer to another realm?
No, every boost can be done via crossrealms.
Do i need a faction change?

How long does it take to obtain the desired PVE boost?
All orders are will be done in same or next Raid week when order was set up, exception is Challenge mode boost, it will be done in 2 days period maximum from the moment of the ordering.
